Monien Construction builds in Walworth County, and shows up for it too: student build programs, youth sports, hometown parades, church volunteer work, and career fairs for the next generation of builders.
Monien Construction has been building in Walworth County since 2008. The towns that trust us with their homes are the same towns we roll through on parade day, volunteer in on weekends, and meet students from when they start thinking about a career in the trades. Here is some of what that looks like.
Backing school build programs and talking with students at career fairs, so young builders can see what a life in construction looks like.
Sponsoring local teams, and rolling the Monien trailer, flags flying, through local parades alongside the neighbors and businesses we build for.
Time and carpentry skills given to local churches and community projects, with no invoice at the end.
This season Monien Construction is the sponsor of the playhouse giveaway hosted by Advanced Auto Clinic in Delavan. The playhouse was designed and built by students in the Delavan-Darien School District Comet Construction Club, real hands-on building experience for the next generation of tradespeople.
One winner takes it home at a live drawing on Sunday, December 13, 2026, at Advanced Auto Clinic, 4300 WI-50 in Delavan. Entrants must be present at the drawing to win.
Monien Construction is a proud sponsor of the Beloit Venom softball team. Local teams run on local support, and we are glad to have our name on the banner behind these players.
Skilled builders do not appear out of nowhere. Nick Monien joined the career fair at Delavan-Darien High School to talk with students about what a career in construction looks like: the problem solving, the craftsmanship, and the satisfaction of standing in front of something you built.
It is the same district whose Comet Construction Club built this year's giveaway playhouse. The next generation of builders is coming up right here, and we want them to know there is a place for them in the trades.
When the town lines the street, Monien Construction rolls with it. The company trailer, decked out in American flags, takes its place in the lineup alongside the local businesses, teams, and neighbors that make Walworth County home.
Some of the most meaningful carpentry we do never shows up on an invoice. Monien Construction built the stage in the gym at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Delavan.
The crew worked from a layout plan taped to the gym wall, framed the stage walls right on the gym floor, and built the risers piece by piece. The result is a solid, finished platform for services, music, and gatherings, built with the same care we bring to every home.
Thank you, Monien Construction, for investing in our community.

Schools, churches, and local organizations: if you have a project or event Monien Construction could support, Nick would like to hear about it.
